About
My Story
Entrepreneur, builder, and investor focused on turning ambitious ideas into impactful companies.
I grew up around industrial real estate. My father built Shubham Engitech Pvt. Ltd. into a trusted name in MIDC plot transactions and advisory across the Pune-Chakan corridor — and I joined him, learning the business from the ground up. The plots, the negotiations, the relationships that take years to earn. That foundation shaped how I think about business, value, and what it means to build something that lasts.
But spending time in Chakan gave me a different perspective. The factories were growing. The land was moving. And thousands of workers migrating into the industrial belt every year had nowhere decent to live. It was a gap nobody was talking about — and one I couldn't stop thinking about.
Over chai with my best friend Varad at a Balewadi café, the idea took shape. I went back to my father with a counter-proposal — instead of developing the family plot the conventional way, let's build a co-living lodge for the industrial workforce.
That conversation became Acroknit — Acro Hotels LLP.
Acro for ambition. Knit for community. A co-living and hospitality brand built for the people who power Chakan's industrial engine. Our first 32-room property is currently under construction, with a mid-2026 launch planned.
